Lou Guerra received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Mary’s University and is licensed as a CPA in both Texas and Georgia. After working as a public accountant for Ernst & Whinney, he joined one of the prominent companies headquartered in San Antonio, Church’s Chicken. During his tenure there, Lou obtained the human resource talents of recruiting, training, development of staff; marketing talents for local and national campaigns, financial talents for budgeting, forecasting, and goal setting. He later reentered the financial side of business, where he was able to use what he learned in operations and provide valuable financial analysis to executive level management teams to help grow business through the use of budgets, forecasts, cash flow and debt management, cost control, staff and operating efficiencies, compensation structures, and risk management. When not at working, Lou enjoys reading, exercising, various social adventures with friends, traveling to visit family (or to relaxing sunny beaches) and yelling at neighborhood kids to “get off my lawn”.
