Mai holds a BA in German language and literature from S.U.N.Y. Binghamton as well as an MBA from University of Phoenix. Mai entered the kitchen and bath industry while living in Hawaii as her family was renovating their home with a new Downsview kitchen. Within three months, she became a design engineer and eventually became certified in the industry. She brings an amazing discipline and attention to detail which largely contributes to successful and smoothly executed projects. In her free time, Mai and her fiancé Richard enjoy biking, hiking and dancing.
